Call For Blue Champions

Our Blue Champions are our DOT connectors, our drivers for change, our source of inspiration and passion that keeps True Blue alive.  They are our listening ears and our sounding boards – and through them, we can affect new ideas and actions in our offices around energy efficiency, dematerialization, waste elimination, community and culture-building.

What makes a Blue Champion?

Motivation. We want to enlist the activists, the yogis, the recycling enforcers, the paper re-users, the impassioned pro-bono project workers, the cultural explorers, the organic chefs, the nudists, and the nude organic chef yogi recycling activist enforcers.

Character. Our True Blue Champions can perform an array of functions, from educating to event planning. Strong team members inspire, organize, lead, connect, execute, create, entertain, plan and research.

Expertise. Members of an ideal True Blue team cross function, department and capability. We ask our Blue Champions to enlist and include the ears to the ground, the strategically sound, the creatively gifted and the just plain burly (for the really heavy lifting).
